How order data is handled

Information involved

Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy practices. For fulfillment, Nurse Income Lab receives limited Checkout information such as the order reference, purchased product, payment status, amount, currency, and customer email.

How we use it

We use this information to verify payment, deliver the purchased file, prevent abuse, resolve delivery problems, and maintain transaction records. We do not receive or store full card numbers through this storefront.

Storage and service providers

Order entitlement records are stored with the website hosting provider. Payment is handled by Stripe. These providers process data to operate the service and may maintain their own security, retention, and legal obligations.

Retention

We retain order records as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. A purchaser may use the support details on the Stripe receipt to ask a privacy question.

Security

We use signed Stripe webhooks and payment-verified download checks. No internet system is risk-free, so customers should keep their order links private and download files only on trusted devices.
