Who operates the store

Nurse Income Lab is a digital education brand operated by Berley Associates, Inc. These terms apply to purchases and use of this website and its downloadable products.

Educational purpose

Products provide general educational information and planning tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, clinical, admissions, employment, or career-placement advice. Salary figures, job availability, prerequisites, authorization rules, and market conditions change. Verify material decisions with the relevant school, licensing body, employer, recruiter, and qualified adviser.

No earnings guarantee

“$300K” is a modeling target, not a representation of typical pay or a promise of results. Outcomes depend on credentials, experience, geography, specialty, schedules, contract availability, performance, and other factors outside our control.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own career planning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, or create competing products from the materials.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes payment. Digital access unlocks after payment confirmation. Keep your checkout return link private because it contains a high-entropy order reference used for fulfillment.
